What to Expect When Working With Us
To make your next decision easier, we have put together a list of the most common questions we receive. Take a look at the FAQs below. If you still have some concerns, please get in touch.

WHAT MAKES B.E.E. THERAPY DIFFERENT FROM OTHER STAFFING COMPANIES?
b.e.e. therapy is a boutique, SLP-founded and SLP-led staffing agency supporting K–12 schools across California. Unlike large staffing companies, we are led by clinicians who understand the realities of school-based practice — including caseload demands, IEP timelines, and compliance requirements. Our size allows us to stay closely involved, responsive, and relationship-driven.
We focus on thoughtful clinician matching, clear communication, and long-term support. Our SLPs don’t simply fill roles; they integrate into school teams, collaborate with staff and families, and support continuity of services. From initial placement through transitions, we remain actively engaged to ensure districts, clinicians, and students feel supported every step of the way.

WHO ARE YOUR SPEECH THERAPISTS?
Our speech therapists are California-licensed Speech-Language Pathologists with experience supporting students in K–12 school settings. Each clinician is carefully selected not only for their credentials, but for their ability to collaborate, communicate clearly, and integrate into school teams.
As an SLP-led agency, we understand the importance of fit. Our therapists are familiar with IEP processes, caseload management, and compliance requirements, and they approach their work with professionalism, flexibility, and a student-centered mindset. Whether providing in-person or teletherapy services, our clinicians are supported by b.e.e. therapy every step of the way to ensure consistency, quality, and continuity of care.
